Praise Dance is a form of exercise that combines Scripture verses, beautiful music and singing, along with rhythmic and structured movements. It is a graceful blend of calm and energy, strength and softness — where dance meets exercise, and movement beomes a form of worship. Praise Dance not only trains the body but also nurtures the spirit. It’s suitable for men, women, young, and old — everyone is welcome to join!
